How To Overcome Self-Doubt & Insecurities.
Change and transformation can seem pretty scary (at first). A place we’ve never trekked before and going at it alone can seem daunting and impossible. But what if it didn’t have to be or feel this way?
What if we looked at it as an opportunity or challenge to become better. On the other side of uncertainty is fear and fear is what holds us back probing questions and limiting beliefs such as; who am I? Why me? I’m not ready. I can’t do this. What if I fail (again)?
These questions are normal and natural.
If you haven’t done something, your mind can’t envision or fill in the blanks with the results, thus leading to questions of self-doubt and insecurities.
How to overcome self-doubt and insecurities? We must face our fears with courage and confidence.
Step out of the unknown.
Step out of your comfort zone.
Step into fear.
We all started somewhere, knowing absolutely nothing but taking it:
One step at a time.
One day at a time.
One set at a time.
One meal at a time.
One page at a time.
You get the point.
Whatever it is you’re after, do it ONE at a time and do it scared.
You’ve already gotten this far.
So what’s this tell you?
You CAN do it.
And the more you do it, the better you get.
Your self-doubt and insecurities disappear with repetition and experience, and you grow in confidence.
Remember that nothing exceptional or extraordinary happens within the confines of your comfort zone. To break free of your insecurities, fears, and limiting beliefs, you have to trust in your abilities to overcome. Start seeing yourself as you should, The Overcomer.
The only limits you have are the limits you set for yourself. You are capable of accomplishing great things in life. You must have faith and believe in yourself.
